Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not, you can return it to us up to 28 days after the purchase date. We will provide you with a refund or exchange upon condition of the items being returned to us in their original (and resalable) condition along with any original packaging. We will also pay for the cost of posting the item back to us.
If for any reason the goods are damaged or you believe them to be faulty please email michelle@jandcocandles.co.uk with your full name and a photograph of the item(s) in question. We will do our best to remedy this for you as quickly as possible.
